About the Job
As the Workspace Experience Owner, you will act as the product owner for the colleague experience including workspace meeting experiences like conference room AV, WebEx meetings, and related tech-like headsets/and related accessories. By understanding end-user needs, industry trends, and business requirements, the Experience Owner is able to help technology teams design experiences that drive colleague satisfaction and productivity.

Responsibilities:
  • Create user journeys – a series of moments that matter – that define and prioritize the current state and ideal conference room AV meeting experience for colleagues.
  • Manage the experience roadmap and refine and prioritize a backlog. Gain agreement and oversee sprints that deliver on the backlog with relevant teams including engineers and other technical resources, change, communications, and other teams.
  • Contribute to and leverage personas and user research to understand and design the desired user experience as a stakeholder in key technology projects.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement for the user experience and delivery of technology services to our colleagues.
  • Collect, review and leverage metrics that measure adoption, colleague satisfaction, and productivity/benchmarks.
  • Create jargon-free, easy-to-understand executive updates and knowledge articles for ongoing technology changes.
  • Be a trusted partner and work closely with:
  • Technology Services leaders, project managers, vendors, and other stakeholders to gain a technical understanding of assigned projects and how they enable end users.
  • Colleague Technology Research & Engagement to request user studies, gather feedback, conduct pilots and testing, address pain points, and refine user guidance.

Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Product or User Experience Owner in a digital or technology function.
  • Experience with WebEx and Conference Room AV technology, Microsoft Teams Meetings.
  • Ability to influence leaders and partners on outcomes and timelines amidst competing risks, resources, budgets, and other priorities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge and Agile and Project Management methodologies, Jira/Atlassian tools.
  • Knowledge of banking products, technology organizations, and relevant terminology.
  • Communications or knowledge management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
