As the Conversational AI/Machine Learning Engineer, you will handle the following:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of conversational AI solutions using Amazon Lex and other platforms.
- Build and optimize Generative AI chatbots leveraging LLMs for dynamic, context-aware interactions.
- Implement multi-modal AI solutions including voice and text-based interactions.
- Monitor, review and mentor other members of team, providing technical guidance and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, UX designers, and product managers to deliver innovative conversational solutions.
- Stay current with emerging trends in conversational AI, generative AI, and multi-modal technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of overall industry experience, with at least 3 years focused on conversational AI.
- Proven expertise in Amazon Lex and at least one other conversational AI platform.
- Hands-on experience building Generative AI chatbots using LLMs.
- Strong proficiency in Python and full-stack development principles.
- Experience implementing multi-modal AI (voice + text) and speech-to-text technologies.
- Familiarity with analytics tools for chatbot performance tracking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with LangChain, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) for semantic search.
- Exposure to banking domain use cases for conversational AI.
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts, intent recognition, and entity extraction.
